Education & Certifications • Associate's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or similar preferred., • Professional certifications (or working toward):, • HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI‑SCA), • ITIL Foundation, • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, • 2–4 years in technical support, with at least 1 year as a Service Desk Level 2 Analyst or similar role., • Exceptional customer service skills—communicating technical solutions clearly for all user levels., • Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, and advanced network troubleshooting., • Familiarity with ITIL or similar service frameworks., • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively., • Great analytical and multitasking skills under pressure.
