Qualifications and Skills Include: • Doctoral degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution, • 7+ years of previous experience in the field, • Current licensure or certification as a Laboratory Director issued by the state in which the laboratory is located, as required, • Consider High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) certification, • Certification by the American Board of Medical Microbiology, the American Board of Clinical Chemistry, the American Board of Bioanalysis, or the American Board of Medical Laboratory Immunology preferred, • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of organization, • Communicates directly, honestly, and respectfully while avoiding being negative, complaining, or gossiping, • Demonstrated ability exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information, • Excellent organizational skills, • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within deadlines, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work as part of a team, • Computer literacy including Office 356, EMR, Email management, cyber security awareness, etc., • Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times What We Offer US Fertility is proud to provide a competitive, comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members—professionally and personally—across all employment types.
