Summary: * Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual operations. * Work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). * Read, comprehend, and follow technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications in English. * Apply sealant to surfaces per specifications. * Install various aircraft system components, including panels. * Operate mechanical lifts (e.g., ladders, tiger lifts, snorkel lifts). * Use chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes. * Work in confined spaces with associated training and certification. * Carry and lift up to 35 pounds. * Perform bond and ground measurements. * Conduct in-tank sealing and structural work in fuel tanks. * Wash fuel tanks and perform rework as needed. * Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED required; vocational school or associate degree is a plus. * 6+ months using software applications (internet, email, Microsoft Suite, or other specialized tools). * 6+ months following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English. * 6+ months in an advanced manufacturing, technical, or mechanical environment using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. * 6+ months applying chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes. * Work in confined spaces with proper training and certification. * Carry and lift up to 35 pounds. * Perform tasks including kneeling, bending, reaching overhead, twisting, standing, walking, climbing/balancing, crawling, and crouching. * Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). * Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
