Overview The Senior HR Technology Project Manager leads complex, high-impact consulting engagements, driving strategic outcomes and influencing executive stakeholders. This role oversees multiple projects, mentors junior team members, and contributes to the evolution of team processes and tools. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep HR technology expertise and a passion for innovation and excellence. How you'll make an impact • Lead and manage high-risk, high-impact HR technology consulting projects from initiation to completion., • Establish and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability., • Influence and manage relationships with executive stakeholders and clients., • Develop and oversee strategic project plans, schedules, and documentation., • Facilitate executive-level meetings and decision-making sessions., • Coordinate and align provider solution demonstrations with strategic client needs., • Provide strategic input on resource planning, including hours reporting and team allocation., • Ensure project data is accurately maintained across internal systems (CRM, PM tools)., • Oversee implementation projects to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction., • Resolve critical project-related issues and escalate risks to senior leadership as needed., • Deliver executive-level project updates and performance insights., • Drive change management and continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and best practices., • Stay informed on HR technology trends and provider offerings through proactive research and engagement., • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to strategic planning and team development. Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills. Creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing. Experience of Proofreading. Preferred: • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills for engaging executive and technical stakeholders., • Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities with a proactive mindset., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities., • Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely documentation and reporting., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced project management tools, • Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments., • High level of dependability, accountability, and discretion with sensitive information., • Collaborative team leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred., • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, • Minimum 3 years of experience with HR Technology solutions, • Project Management certification required (e.g., PMP). Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
