In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and improving financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting key accounting operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting., • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded., • Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards., • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently., • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash balances., • Manage cash applications, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of payments., • Utilize NetSuite to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities., • Apply cost accounting principles to analyze and control financial data.• A minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with a focus on detail and precision., • Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management., • Strong knowledge of journal entries and account reconciliation., • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and cash applications., • Expertise in working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems., • Background in cost accounting with the ability to analyze financial data., • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy., • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

This is not a remote/work from home position) We are a well-established, reputable IT provider specific to the dental industry with locations and customers across the country. We are looking for an experienced telephone support technician. This technician will work with our telephone remote support team and work out of of our Fort Collins, Colorado office. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, • Resolve issues for clients via telephone, • Recommend hardware and software improvements, • Track customer issues and resolutions, • Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems, • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity, • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, • Create and manage user accounts and access permissions, • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed, • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed, • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields, • Ability to build rapport with clients, • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users, • Positive and professional demeanor, • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), • Experience with firewall configuration and management, • Familiarity with Group Policy Objects (GPO) for centralized management of computer settings, • Proficiency in using ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution, • Ensure periodic backups and remote monitoring of client assets.
