    Cleaning Services Group, Inc., headquartered in Danvers, MA, is seeking an experienced, full-time Territory Manager to manage a territory based in Utah. The candidate must live in Utah. The annual salary is $65k-$75k based on experience. We are a growing, financially stable, mid-sized company looking to add a dynamic team member to work closely with our Operations and Executive team members in bringing us to the next level. Duties and Responsibilities • Train Service Providers on a regular basis based on the customers’ scope of work., • Complete monthly audits and store visits., • Mange wet work schedules efficiently with Customers and Service Providers., • Ensure compliance of daily IVR use at each location per the scope of work., • Work on CAP issues daily for effective follow up and problem resolution., • Create a weekly schedule on which account you will be calling on weekly., • Manage your territory efficiently and effectively, by prioritizing issues, and proactively managing sites and service providers so that problems are minimized or eliminated before they happen., • Communicate effectively with all Customers, Corporate office, and Service Providers., • Work with a sense of urgency in all matters and escalate potential issues to Senior Management in a timely manner., • Assist in overseeing supplies and equipment within your territory., • Oversee requests for additional work in your territory, by receiving approval from store managers and obtaining work orders., • Work in conjunction with your Operations Support Specialist. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • Five or more years of professional experience, • Strong leadership skills, • Preferred experience managing a team., • Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency, • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, • The candidate must live in Utah, • Must have a clean driving record, this job requires daily driving and occasional flying Job Type: Full Time remote and on the road in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington States Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO
