Qualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred., • 8+ years of experience in a dedicated Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Organizational Effectiveness role., • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing a team of L&D professionals, including budget management and strategic planning., • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, change management, and the full training life cycle., • Proven ability to work effectively and build consensus with senior executives and stakeholders across various departments., • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills., • Experience in a rapidly scaling or complex, multi-site corporate environment., • Certifications such as CPLP, ATD, or relevant professional HR/OD certifications., • Deep knowledge of modern learning technologies, including experience administering and leveraging an enterprise-level LMS.
