Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at our Council Bluffs facility, you will lead the 2nd shift team members in the maintenance department to ensure production lines, affiliated equipment, and facilities operate efficiently. You will schedule work and workforce to meet production demands, maintain the preventative maintenance system, and strive to exceed the plant’s safety and uptime goals. You will help establish mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security, and maximize plant availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. Job Description The Warehouse Lead provides direct supervision for workers involved in loading and unloading of prepared product and raw materials. • Directs personnel pre instructions and production schedules, bills of lading or other documentation., • Verifies finished products on a regular basis with inventory control clerk., • Utilized the SAP system in a proper manner to closing orders and printing invoices w / Supervisor, • Assist ICC with cycle counting in the cooler and check for FIFO, • Using the loading sheets provided, pull the product from the racks, re-palletize as necessary, stage the load, and load it properly into the truck., • Performs vehicle maintenance. Job Description Overview Stockers are to receive, price, sensor (if applicable) and inspect freight. Stockers must be proficient in all aspects of the Cavender’s Boot City stocking system, and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each stocking function. Stockers must prioritize merchandise by order of importance (i.e., empty wrangler shelves should be restocked after empty polish racks are restocked). Candidates must have a clean driving record and are willing to authorize and pass a criminal background check. Essential Functions Safe Transportation of Client(s) & Employees * Comply with all 360 Community Services -Personnel Policies and Procedures as well as local, state, and federal motor vehicle regulations, laws, and ordinances. This includes the Department of Transportation requirements regarding safe operation of a 15- passenger vehicle. * Maintain safe passage of all clients and employees through strict adherence of seat belts.
