Job Description Position Level: Entry to Mid-Level Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Front Office Support • Greet clients and visitors professionally., • Answer, screen, and route phone calls; take messages and respond to inquiries., • Schedule client consultations, court appointments, and internal meetings., • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries., • Scan, save, photocopy, and upload legal documents to electronic case files., • Maintain organized client files and track case updates in MyCase or similar software., • Prepare and file court documents electronically and in-person., • Coordinate third-party services (process servers, background checks, investigators)., • Contact clients regarding past-due invoices and assist with payment arrangements., • Create, schedule, and post content on firm social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)., • Assist with content creation, graphics, and marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s online presence., • Comply with all firm policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism., • Bachelor’s degree required., • Prior experience in a law firm or administrative/legal support role preferred., • Entry to mid-level marketing experience preferred., • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills., • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe/PDF software; willingness to learn case management or e-filing software., • Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential information., • Valid California Class "C" driver’s license and reliable transportation., • Ability to work in-person in Beverly Hills, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM., • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively., • Interest in family law is a plus but not required., • Starting salary: $55,000 per year. Salary offered is not fixed and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications., • Paid time off and holidays., • Professional development assistance.
