Job Description Foster Garvey PC, one of the Pacific Northwest's leading law firms, is seeking an experienced Senior BD Specialist to help the firm’s lawyers build their practices. This role will report to the BD Manager and support attorneys in deepening and expanding client relationships and securing new clients. With guidance from the BD Manager and Department Head, the Senior Specialist will help shape initiatives to support the firm’s business development efforts. Depending on the candidate’s background and experience, the role may lead or co-lead business development efforts for approximately half of the firm’s practice group. The successful candidate will bring experience working directly with practitioners in law firms or other professional services firms and be comfortable advising on and implementing BD efforts.
