Job Description • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate transaction documents, • Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture matters from start to finish, • Lead due diligence and closing processes across multiple active deals, • Advise clients on legal and business issues tied to development and investment transactions, • Partner with senior attorneys, clients, and counterparties to move deals forward efficiently, • Manage sophisticated matters with a high degree of independence and sound judgment, • J.D. from a strong law school with excellent academic credentials, • 8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience preferred, • Background at a large, top-tier, or highly reputable law firm, • Strong experience with purchase and sale, finance, and joint venture transactions, • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills, • Able to manage multiple matters simultaneously with limited supervision, • Strong client-facing communication skills, • Sophisticated work without the feel of a giant platform, • Strong autonomy, trust, and direct impact, • Collaborative, high-performing team, • Market-competitive compensation, • Remote flexibility with meaningful Southern California market presence Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Paid time off, • Retirement plan, • Vision insurance
