Job Description • Handle a variety of employment and labor litigation matters for employer-side clients, • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other key litigation documents, • Assist with case strategy, factual development, and legal analysis, • Take part in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation events, • Partner with experienced attorneys on high-level employment disputes and workplace matters, • Communicate effectively with clients and help deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions, • 2+ years of litigation experience, • Active Colorado bar admission required, • Labor and employment law experience preferred, • Strong academic credentials, • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills, • Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment You will join a team that combines sophisticated legal work with a supportive and forward-thinking culture.
