The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the organization on a wide range of legal matters. They will also be expected to represent the organization in complex legal proceedings, prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc., and write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on depositions. Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of legal matters including commercial law, employment law, contract law, etc., 2. Represent the organization in complex legal proceedings., 3. Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc., 4. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents., 5. Conduct legal research and analysis, and recommend changes in the law to meet organizational goals., 6. Develop strategies, arguments, and testimony in preparation for presentation of cases., 7. Negotiate settlements in legal disputes., 8. Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation that may affect the organization and its affiliates., 9. Perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights., 10. Provide training to the company and its affiliates on substantive legal topics. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school., 2. Admitted to practice in PA, 3. 10+ years of experience as Civil Litigation/ Casualty Litigation Attorney, 4. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws., 5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills., 6. Ability to interpret and apply laws, court decisions and legal opinions., 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., 8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy., 9. Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines., 10. Excellent interpersonal and management skills., 11. High ethical standards and professional integrity., 12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team., 13.
