Qualifications : • 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role, preferably within financial services, private banking, or investment management., • Strong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flows., • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs., • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, relational databases, and SQL., • Experience working in iterative or Agile development environments and supporting integration and SIT/UAT testing., • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences., • Proficiency with standard documentation and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, qTest)., • Ability to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies quickly and apply them effectively. Job DescriptionSr Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant Location: Newark, NJ Long Term Contract Hybrid Model-3 Days work from the office- Weekly Experience: 12+ Years We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant to spearhead building the RICEFW objects with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application. We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, transportation industry standard methodologies, technology designs, solution architecture and operates independently to provide quality work products in our engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle HCM product technical components to meet our business needs. Responsibilities: • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs): Create comprehensive BRDs for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions specific to Oracle Cloud HCM applications., • Design RICEW Objects: Design and document RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects, and prepare the solution blueprint to guide project implementation., • Communicate Product Features: Articulate product and module features to business teams by conducting product familiarity sessions and technical training as required., • Data Conversion and Integration Experience: Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data conversions and integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), UCM, and managed file transfer (MFT) tools., • Technical Expertise: Strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud technical skills, including data loading, inbound and outbound integrations, extensions, report development (BIP, OTBI), extracts, fast formulas, approval workflows, and custom roles., • Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integrations (both inbound and outbound) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)., • Report Development: Design, develop, and implement OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports to address business requirements., • Middleware Technologies: Experience with middleware technologies, with demonstrated knowledge of integration platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, and orchestration development., • HCM Application Customization: Expertise in personalizing and customizing Oracle HCM application pages., • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services., • Support and Optimization: Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices, offering recommendations for enhancements and optimizing system performance., • Conversion Project Leadership: Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful data migrations., • Data Loader Management: Prepare and manage HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data conversions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data migration to Oracle HCM Cloud., • Integration Support: Utilize in-depth knowledge of HCM base tables to support integration efforts., • Project Lifecycle Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to go-live and post-production support., • End-User Support: Offer end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud., • Page Personalization: Customize pages using sandbox environments., • Familiarity with Oracle Technologies: Conversant with Redwood Pages, Oracle Graphical Language (OGL), and Recruitment Booster., • Development Standards: Adhere to documented development standards and implement best practice development methods., • Testing and Training: Lead testing efforts, including test case preparation, and testing of technical components and data with users. Provide super user and end-user training on HCM technical components., • Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree is required., • Experience: A Minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with a Minimum of three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement)., • Techno-Functional Expertise: Over eight years of hands-on techno-functional experience in the implementation and support of at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Graphical Language (OGL)., • Human Capital Management Solutions: More than ten years of experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a proven track record as a technical lead consultant. This includes driving HR technology implementations through technical process designs, solution architecture, data conversion, integrations, report development, process playback, user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch., • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): 2 to 5 years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)., • Reporting Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports., • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and experience providing solution architecture., • Consulting Background: Previous consulting experience with a consulting or systems integrator (SI) organization is preferred., • Additional HCM Applications: Experience with multiple HCM applications is a plus., • Certification: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred. Loader Operator / Class B CDL Driver (REQUIRED). Minimum 2 years heavy equipment operator work experience preferred.
