Job Description General Summary We are seeking a maintenance worker to assist the superintendent in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The maintenance worker will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Superintendent.
