Job DescriptionMachine Operator THIRD SHIFT MONDAY - FRIDAY 11:00pm - 7:30am • Oversee machine operations, • Perform basic adjustments and troubleshooting, • Follow all cGMP and safety, • Conduct product changeovers and change of materials, • Must be able to read and log/document date, lot numbers for products, count of products, • Record downtime and write the reasons, • Weigh and label all material weighed and document., • Conduct quality checks and inform QC dept of any damaged product/leakers, etc., • Partner with maintenance on machine operating issue, • Assist the lead or assistant lead load in keeping up with any logs and cleaning detail of area., • Requisition material from the warehouse, • A good understanding of basic math/counts, • Must have good communication with team members, supervisors and other departments, • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, • Prior manufacturing experience as machine operator BENEFITS • Competitive Pay, • Medical, Dental & Vision plan options, • Supplemental plans, • 401(k) with Employer Match, • PTO, • Bonus opportunities

Duties may involve boiler tending, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing electrical o mechanical equipment, installing new machinery and repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing new machinery and repairing buildings floor, stairs and walls. Position Responsibilities: Maintain equipment for food manufacturing production.Adjust functional parts and devices using hands tools.Address boiler issues as required.Inspected electrical motors and devices; repair, remove and replace. Fabricate and repair wooden structure.Estimate repair cost. Record work activities.Good manufacturing practices. Comply with all safety requirements.
