The Workshop Facilitator will be a part of a team of service providers that will work collectively to operate an innovative program for individuals that face significant barriers to employment. The workshop facilitator will coordinate and deliver workshops around work readiness to individuals who are preparing to join the workforce. The Workshop Facilitator will assess basic needs, identify barriers to employment, address those barriers through the delivery of the workshop material, and coordinate services to help shelter residents prepare for and secure jobs with a career path.
