Job Summary Culinary Strategy & Innovation | Morrison Healthcare 📍 Location: Remote 🕒 Full-Time | Exempt What You’ll Be Doing As a Project Manager on the Strategic Project Team within Morrison Healthcare’s Culinary Strategy & Innovation department, you’ll be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives. Your role will focus on ensuring all project activities — from kickoff to completion — are organized, tracked, and communicated clearly to all stakeholders. You’ll bring strong organizational and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes that help our teams operate more efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes initiative to turn big ideas into smooth execution. Your work will directly support high-visibility initiatives that connect creativity, innovation, and operational excellence across Morrison Healthcare. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously within Culinary Strategy & Innovation., • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task assignments — ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through., • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings, documenting outcomes, and maintaining alignment between departments., • Provide strong administrative and logistical support for project execution, including communication plans, documentation, and progress reporting., • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project management processes., • Prepare polished presentations, visual updates, and materials that clearly communicate project progress and outcomes., • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and within scope., • Act as a central point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field., • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate environments., • Exceptional communication and organizational skills — able to keep multiple moving parts aligned., • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and support multiple stakeholders., • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Canva., • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy., • Demonstrated initiative in driving process improvement and streamlining administrative systems. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or automation platforms) to improve workflows or enhance project outcomes., • PMP or CAPM certification a plus., • Background in marketing, culinary strategy, or corporate communications preferred.
