Job DescriptionDescription: The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) will lead in the delivery of quality behavior analytic treatment to individuals diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The LBA will build collaborative partnership initiatives for the purpose of strengthening the infrastructure of supports available to children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), other developmental disorders, and/or those with behavioral or pediatric feeding challenges. In conjunction with Kelberman’s clinical, educational, and administrative leadership teams, the LBA will provide direct services and support to existing programs consistent with best practices in the field using evidence-based practices. The LBA will provide support in our clinic, school consultation, educational, residential, and/or community-based programs based on the needs of the organization.
