Job DescriptionDescription: Summary We’re looking for an organized and detailed oriented Business System Analyst to join our expanding team! As our Business System Analyst, you will collaborate with the sales and operations teams on business strategies and relationships to increase revenue while providing an outstanding customer experience. The primary function of the Business System Analyst is to assist the organization by leveraging technology, processes, and training to solve problems and improve efficiency. Representative Responsibilities • Learn and understand systems, tools, and business processes to continuously assess and refine for continuous improvements, • Develop and maintain a robust awareness of business operations to assist stakeholders in better utilizing or implementing technology solutions to execute their duties more effectively, • Conduct analysis to interpret high impact business needs and translate them into comprehensible product recommendations and system requirements, • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes impacted by technology changes, • Establish reporting and visualization systems (i.e., dashboards) for users to aid in business management and attainment of business objectives, • Assist with functional requirements specification using system analysis techniques and methods incorporating visual modeling such as work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes, • Assist with product adoption, internal product marketing, testing, review, and feedback gathering, • Provide SAP S/4HANA expertise and end-user support, • Document SAP S/4HANA processes and prepare progress reports for management review, • Design, develop, deliver, and manage custom SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud document management and automation projects, • Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process-related issues Requirements: Education & Experience • Experience working with the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment, including internal/external workflow development via SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP), • BS in Computer Science, Business/Systems/Data Analytics, Digital Solutions Implementation, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent, • 3+ years of experience in analytical roles within software/application development, digital product consulting, or implementing digital products for internal business functions, • 2+ years of experience with Power BI, or other third-party data reporting and visualization tools, • Proven communication and information presentation skills, • Experience interpreting and defining technical system architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions, • Experience dealing with ambiguity, is proactive/self-driven and results focused, • Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal and external customers., • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office—Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook) and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies, • Ability to resolve problems or situations requiring the exercise of good judgment, • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices, • Excellent time management abilities as well as a keen sense of urgency Range: $55,000 - $80,000 More about our team!
