Job Description Operations & Facilities Coordinator ???? Montgomery County, PA (Onsite) ???? Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM A well-established professional services firm in Montgomery County is seeking a hands-on Operations & Facilities Coordinator to support daily office operations and building management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with vendors, and keeping an office running efficiently. Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors including janitorial, HVAC, landscaping, electrical, and security services, • Track maintenance schedules, inspections, and service records, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas and exterior spaces, • Manage and restock office supplies across shared spaces (copy rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, etc.), • Coordinate repairs and upkeep of office equipment (copiers, printers, computers), • Receive and distribute deliveries throughout the office, • Handle daily mail operations, including sorting, distribution, and post office runs, • Coordinate office moves, furniture setup, and workstation changes, • Perform minor repairs and furniture assembly as needed, • Provide local courier services to clients, courthouses, and banks as needed (approximately 25% travel), • High school diploma or equivalent, • Reliable transportation (approximately 25% local travel required), • Experience supporting facilities, operations, or building management preferred, • Hands-on experience with basic tools and equipment (dollies, hand trucks, etc.), • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), • Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate + tolls fully covered, • Full-time role with benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k), • Stable opportunity with long-term growth potential You can expect a quick response once I receive your resume.
