We're looking for a Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something - a relationship‑driven, results‑focused professional who blends business growth with patient advocacy. This is a field‑based role covering South Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation, with up to 40% travel annually (typically 1–2 overnights per month). Why This Role Matters This role plays a vital part in expanding access to infusion care by connecting patients, providers, and health systems with reliable, high‑quality infusion services. In this role, your work will: • Help patients access timely, coordinated infusion therapy, • Support physicians and care teams with trusted solutions and consistent follow‑through, • Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems, • Build strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners, • Educate providers on LUX Infusion's home‑based and suite‑based infusion services and comprehensive patient support model, • Collaborate cross‑functionally with clinical, operations, and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases, • Track pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools, • A Bachelor's degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience, • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy, • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, • Comfort in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales role with significant face‑to‑face engagement, • Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions, • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic thinking skills Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven sales work with meaningful patient impact, • Autonomy to fully own your territory with strong clinical and operational support, • A performance‑driven culture with uncapped commission potential While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee may also be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
