This role is the technical backbone of that effort. The Senior Repowering Engineer will own repowering engineering definition, technical scoping, and cost estimation, while execution will be delivered primarily through vetted construction partners. This role is not responsible for building or managing large construction crews. Instead, success is measured by clarity of scope, credibility of estimates, and disciplined execution planning This is a senior, high-judgment role intended to establish NovaSource as a trusted repowering advisor—not a construction company.
