Role Overview We are hiring a full-time, fully virtual Registered Dietitian to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will: • Deliver individualized nutrition care as part of a lifestyle medicine model., • Collaborate closely with Exercise Physiologists and Health Coaches in a virtual, team-based care environment., • Help us build and refine a scalable clinical model that can be replicated across future locations. All direct member care, team collaboration, and documentation will occur via telehealth and digital platforms. You will practice remotely while being fully integrated into our interdisciplinary care team. This is not a side-gig RD role. It is a foundational clinical position in a company intentionally evolving into a healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Direct Clinical Care • Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and lifestyle counseling via secure telehealth (video and phone) and asynchronous virtual follow-up., • Support members with weight management, metabolic health, chronic disease risk reduction, digestive health, performance goals, and complex lifestyle-related issues., • Use motivational interviewing and other behavior-change methods to build autonomy, confidence, and ownership over nutrition and health. 2. Integrated Team-Based Care • Collaborate virtually with Exercise Physiologists and Health Coaches to create unified care plans that align exercise, nutrition, and behavior strategies., • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, virtual care huddles, and outcome reviews., • Serve as the primary nutrition expert on the care team while respecting and leveraging the expertise of other clinicians. 3. Documentation & Outcomes • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our internal health and outcomes systems., • Help shape how nutrition data, outcomes, and care plans are integrated into our broader clinical and technology infrastructure., • Contribute to the development of evidence-based protocols and standardized workflows. 4. Program Development & Education • Help design and refine nutrition programs, group offerings, and educational resources that can be delivered virtually and scaled., • Support virtual classes, workshops, webinars, and written content for members, partners, and (eventually) healthcare collaborators. 5.
