We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in building NAYA’s future by hiring incredible leaders and team members who live our values every day. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for General Managers, Area Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members — ensuring every restaurant is staffed with talented, motivated individuals ready to grow with us. NAYA offers a comprehensive and people-focused benefits package designed to support you at work and beyond, including: • Competitive pay to recognize your impact, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you healthy and thriving, • Commuter and phone benefits to make life easier, • Employee discounts and free NAYA meals — because we believe in enjoying what we serve, • Growth opportunities at every level — we invest in developing leaders from within, • Other Benefits: FSA, DCA, Telemedicine, Identity Theft, Pet Insurance, • Lead full-cycle recruiting for operations roles, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding., • Partner with restaurant leaders to proactively address staffing needs., • Source, screen, interview, and hire talent using HRIS platforms including Harri, job boards, social media, community outreach, and other creative approaches., • Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple locations., • Drive creative sourcing initiatives to attract top talent in new and existing and new markets., • Develop and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates to build a long-term talent bench., • Champion the NAYA brand through community partnerships, career events, and social platforms., • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our hospitality standards., • Support a smooth and engaging transition from candidate to new hire by coordinating onboarding processes and documentation., • Support orientation sessions to ensure new hires understand NAYA’s mission and culture., • Partner with HR and Training teams to continuously improve onboarding experiences and early employee engagement., • Train and support restaurant managers on interviewing standards, candidate evaluation, and bias mitigation., • Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process., • 3+ years of fast-casual restaurant recruiting experience., • A passion for people, culture, and service — you love matching talent with opportunity., • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a collaborative mindset., • Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems; prior use of Harri strongly preferred., • Ability to manage multiple roles, locations, and priorities with professionalism and efficiency., • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities., • Confident working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels of the organization.
