Nursery – 6th Grade Early Childhood (Birth – 2nd Grade) Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) Special Education-N-12th Grade Students with Disabilities Birth – 2nd Grade Students with Disabilities 1st-6th GradePre-K – 2nd Grade Atelier De la casa is a Montessori /Ny curriculum preschool/daycare located in Brooklyn Prospect Lefferts Gardens and our new location in Greenpoint, we are looking for a qualified /knowledgeable lead teacher for our Greenpoint location. We run our school as a fun, safe, very educational place to work with as well as a loving environment
Schedule 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
-Previous experience as a lead teacher (preferably min 1yr and +)
-NYC Teaching Certification Required ( or awaiting certificate)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING:
Managing staff including creating weekly schedules, performance reviews, reviewing lesson plans
Maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment.
Communicate positively with students, parents and staff.
Participate collaboratively and professionally with staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.
