We are looking for skid steer w/ HLA wing-plow operators in & around Cicero, NY to respond in a timely manner to snow events and assisting in completing effective and safe snow removal throughout the areas assigned to along with helping locations outside coverage area when needed. The position is required to perform all tasks in an effective, complete, and professional manner and is responsible for adhering to all policies and values of J and R Property Services. Job Responsibilities: • Operate assigned machinery to remove snow from assigned properties, which require early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend duty including holidays., • Responds in a timely manner (within 30 minutes) when called to assist in snow removal., • Ensure that assigned properties under responsibility of this position are adequately and safely serviced when required., • Inspects equipment on regularly scheduled basis before leaving for a shift. Complies with safety precautions., • Maintains clean and ready to go equipment needed for snow removal., • Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations.
