In this role, you'll support high-impact demand generation, digital channel management, and campaign execution initiatives that directly drive pipeline growth and strengthen our brand presence. Working closely with senior marketing leadership, you'll have the opportunity to build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns while developing expertise in project management, email marketing, social media, website management, CRM operations, and event marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management • Assist the team with project management using our management platform to track campaign progress and deliverables, • Build and sequence tasks with clear deliverable dates aligned to project deadlines, • Support coordination of cross-functional marketing initiativesEmail Marketing & Campaign Execution, • Deploy marketing emails, invitations, and nurture campaigns using our email platform, • Assist with list segmentation, A/B testing, and scheduling of email sends, • Track and analyze campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics, • Support optimization of campaigns based on performance dataSocial Media & Content Support, • Develop and execute social media strategies to reach key target audiences, • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts aligned with campaigns, events, and company announcements, • Create social media content including short-form copy and basic visual assets, • Monitor engagement metrics and help track performance of social initiativesWebsite & Digital Presence, • Update website content including product pages, landing pages, and blog or news sections, • Support creation of campaign and event-specific landing pages, • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and user experience across all digital propertiesCRM & Data Management, • Maintain and update contact records within our CRM system (Salesforce or equivalent), • Clean, segment, and prepare prospect lists for targeted outreach campaigns, • Support tracking of campaign performance and pipeline activityEvent & Conference Support, • Manage pre-event outreach including email invitations and RSVP tracking, • Coordinate attendee lists and execute post-event follow-up campaigns, • Support logistics for conferences, client dinners, and hosted eventsOperational & Creative Support, • Build and organize marketing assets including presentations, PDFs, and one-pagers, • Develop a centralized library of marketing materials for team access, • Help streamline and document repeatable processes across campaigns and initiativesRequired Qualifications, • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, • Strong writing and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data management, • Genuine interest in marketing, digital strategy, or financial services, • Ability to work flexible hours as needed based on business requirements, • Availability for the full duration of the seasonal internship periodPreferred Skills (Nice-to-Have), • Experience with LinkedIn or social media content creation, • Basic website or CMS experience (WordPress or similar platforms), • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Asana, or Adobe Creative Suite tools, • Familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools, • Prior internship or marketing experienceWhat You'll Gain, • Comprehensive hands-on experience across project management, email marketing, social media, website management, event coordination, and CRM systems, • Deep exposure to demand generation strategy and end-to-end campaign execution, • Direct involvement in marketing initiatives tied to business development and revenue growth, • Mentorship and collaboration with senior marketing leadership in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, • Valuable portfolio-building opportunities with real campaigns and measurable results, • Concentrated seasonal experience that accelerates your professional developmentWork Environment, • 40-hour work week with flexibility to accommodate business needs, • On-site position in Austin, Texas, • Regular verbal and written communication with team members, • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, • Proficiency with computer keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment
