Job Description Beast Mode Truckin seeks qualified Class A CDL drivers for regional routes operating west of the Mississippi. This position welcomes recent CDL graduates and provides structured over‑the‑road (OTR) training and new‑graduate support, while offering competitive opportunities for experienced drivers. The role emphasizes safety, predictable schedules, and reliable earnings hauling 100% no‑touch dry van freight. Key responsibilities: • Operate company equipment safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies., • Transport dry van freight primarily via drop‑and‑hook operations; perform occasional live load/unloads as required., • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for hours of service, vehicle condition, and freight paperwork., • Conduct required pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs., • Operating lanes: All states west of the Mississippi River., • Freight: 100% no‑touch dry van (primarily drop‑and‑hook)., • Average weekly mileage: Approximately 1,800–2,000 miles., • Schedule: Bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset; shifts may include daytime or nighttime hours., • Orientation: One day in Jurupa Valley, CA or Lathrop, CA., • Training: Structured OTR training and new‑graduate support for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited OTR experience., • Target weekly pay range: $1,000–$1,100 (varies by experience and mileage)., • Post‑training mileage pay (sliding scale): Entry‑level/post‑training: $0.43–$0.57 per mile; Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile, based on verified years of CDL driving experience., • Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile., • Pay schedule: Weekly., • Minimum age: 21 years., • Valid Class A CDL., • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training., • Clean driving record: no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years; no DUI convictions in the past five years., • Applicants must not have been terminated from their most recent employment., • Stable employment history: consistent 10‑year work history without major unexplained gaps (time in school or training excluded).
