Job Description Beast Mode Truckin is seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers. Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. This position offers structured over‑the‑road (OTR) training with a trainer, paid orientation, competitive compensation, and a full benefits package after 30 days. Drivers will haul 100% no‑touch dry van freight within Eastern Seaboard regional lanes and must comply with all safety and regulatory requirements. Compensation and benefits • Target weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400 (varies by experience and mileage), • Per‑mile pay: $0.55–$0.65, based on verified experience, • $15 per stop pay, • Trainee pay: $650 per week for drivers with under six months of experience (typical training duration 4–6 weeks), • Monthly safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident‑free performance and meeting fuel efficiency targets, • Paid orientation: $300 (one day at the closest hub location), • Paid training and ongoing new‑graduate support/mentorship, • Freight: 100% no‑touch dry van (primarily drop‑and‑hook), • Operating lanes: Eastern Seaboard regional routes, • Average weekly mileage: approximately 2,500 miles, • Schedule: Bi‑weekly home time (typical cycle: out 12 days, home 2), • Training: 4–6 weeks with a trainer for drivers with under six months of OTR experience, • Orientation: One day, paid $300, at the nearest hub, • Minimum age: 21 years, • Valid Class A CDL, • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction, • Clean driving record: no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years, • No DUI convictions in the past five years, • No felony or relevant misdemeanor convictions within the past ten years; certain convictions may disqualify candidacy, • No involuntary termination from the most recent employment, • Stable employment history: consistent work over the past 10 years without major unexplained gaps (time in school or training excluded). Expect at least 6 months of work in the past year and at least 12 months of work within the past three years., • Safety‑focused and reliable professionals who value predictable schedules and consistent earnings, • Strong time management, professional communication, and adherence to routing and company procedures
