The Parking Customer Service Representative serves as a frontline representative of the parking operation, ensuring positive interactions and a seamless parking experience for customers. As a seasonal employee, this position will end on or around October 31, 2025. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and guidance as they enter and exit parking facilities., • Answer inquiries from customers regarding parking rates, payment options, parking regulations, and directions to specific locations., • Address customer concerns, complaints, or disputes in a courteous and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction., • Handle escalated situations with tact and diplomacy, seeking assistance from management or security personnel as needed., • Collect parking fees from customers and issue receipts or tickets as necessary, ensuring accuracy in transactions and compliance with payment policies., • Process credit card payments, cash transactions, and validation vouchers using designated payment systems., • Provide information to customers regarding parking availability, event parking, shuttle services, and other relevant details., • Distribute promotional materials, maps, or brochures to inform customers about parking facilities and amenities., • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their parking experience and address any potential issues or concerns., • Solicit feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities The SP+ Customer Service Representative eEnsures highest quality customer service and assists the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean. What you’ll do • Ensures customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility, • Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment, • Goes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience that is guided by the SP+ Promise, • Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location., • Monitors parkers in pay-in lanes, • Makes every customer interaction a moment that matters through friendly and professional conduct., • Willing to assist customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle., • Performs other necessary functions as assigned., • Conducts garage and facility audits as required by management., • Counts “bank” of revenue (if required) at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct., • Makes change (if required) for customers before transactions., • Quotes rates for parking services., • Gives directions to city locations and assists customers, ensuring they get where they are going quickly and easily., • Resolves customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor., • Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner (if required)., • Maintains cleanliness of facility and picks up trash in the surrounding area., • Presents themselves professionally (neat appearance and in uniform) at all times while at work., • Arrives to work on time for scheduled shifts., • Completes any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor. Job Description We seek a Project Manager to be part of our Project Management Team in our Residential Custom Home Building company.. The right candidate's primary responsibility is to manage individual construction projects and assist the Senior Project Manager/VP with contract management, assistance in the field and on job sites, and providing excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to meeting with clients to update them, listen to concerns and help resolve any issues, scheduling, supervising and participating in homeowner walk-throughs, on site inspections, project tracking and reporting, extensive coordination with the construction management staff, and enforcing quality standards.
