Job Description We are seeking experienced AC Electricians and experienced helpers. Attention to detail and taking pride in your work is a must. Candidates should be experienced in conduit bending, cutting, and threading of rigid metal conduit, underground conduit installations. This position requires knowledge of the National Electrical Code. The position we are looking to fill is for a lead electrician capable of working independently. We work 2-man crews, and the work week is (4) 10 Hour days. Candidates must have computer skills and experience in word and excel. We service customers in the critical power industry and this work requires nighttime cutovers during transition periods related to our work. This position requires travel since we work within an 8-state radius and are growing. We want team players. Employees focused on their success as well as the companies. We offer paid vacation, paid holidays, paid health insurance for the employee, FR shirts and pants and a $200.00 boot allowance. We offer $150.00 a day per diem for overnight stays. (Covers your hotel & Meals) Company vehicle for leads after 90-days. Job Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Accustomed to multimeters and know how to test continuity/resistance, voltage, current, and frequency. · 4+ years performing AC equipment installations, connections, wiring, and testing. · 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in the AC trade, · Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. · Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and clean driving record. · Willing to travel. · Knowledgeable in Word and Excel. · Ideal candidates will be goal driven, creative, and desire a fulfilling career and not just a job. Compensation & Benefits • Target weekly pay: $1,200–$1,400 (varies by experience and mileage), • Per‑mile pay: $0.55–$0.65, based on verified experience, • $15 per stop pay, • Trainee pay: $650+ per week for drivers with under six months of OTR experience (typical training 4–6 weeks), • Monthly safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident‑free performance and meeting fuel efficiency targets, • Paid orientation: $300 (one day at nearest hub), • Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off) begin after 30 days, • Freight: 100% no‑touch dry van (primarily drop‑and‑hook), • Operating lanes: Eastern Seaboard regional routes, • Average weekly mileage: approximately 2,500 miles, • Schedule: Bi‑weekly home time (typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2), • Training: 4–6 weeks with a trainer for drivers with under six months of OTR experience, • Minimum age: 21 years, • Valid Class A CDL, • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction (required for recent CDL graduates), • Clean driving record with no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years, • No DUI convictions within the past five years, • Certain criminal convictions may disqualify per regulatory requirements; records will be reviewed individually, • No involuntary termination from most recent employment, • Stable employment history consistent with industry standards (reasonable gaps for training or education will be considered), • Safety‑focused, punctual, and reliable professionals, • Comfortable with regional OTR schedules and bi‑weekly home time, • Strong time management and professional communication skills All offers are contingent on meeting company and regulatory screening requirements.
