We assist with project implementation through training, targeted technical assistance, project management and the facilitation of learning communities. ABOUT YOU: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Program Specialist to join our Training and Technical Assistance Team. This role is responsible for providing expert clinical support, in-person and virtually, to FIRST Steps Together direct service sites and others working in the field who serve parents affected by substance use. The Clinical Program Specialist provides support and reflective spaces to clinical site staff around their work in home visiting, advocacy for families and supporting the parent child relationship.
