Position Summary The Medical Assistant supports clinic operations by providing direct member care, assisting providers, and ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services. This role requires adaptability, collaboration, and an understanding of the medical assistant scope of licensure. The Medical Assistant works with a wide range of individuals, including members, staff, providers, and external contacts, to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. The Medical Assistant is part of the Medical Support Team, which includes both Medical Assistants and Medical support LPN Nurses.
