Nurse Practitioner Highlights • The pay for this position is $67.00 per hour. • Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM • Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Sunday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Position requires working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations. • Onsite, patient-facing role (safety sensitive). • Reports to Practice Manager. Responsibilities • Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of acute and chronic health conditions, health counseling, and disposition planning. • Collaborate daily with a dedicated clinical care team to drive improved patient outcomes. • Perform routine examinations, diagnostic testing, and coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals. • Promote preventive care, wellness visits, chronic condition management, behavioral health screenings, and health education. • Complete administrative duties including opening/closing clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean clinical environment. • Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and long-term well-being. Requirements • Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program. • Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. • Active and unrestricted State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of employment. • Minimum one (1) year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care preferred. If no primary care experience, successful completion of the MinuteClinic primary care training program is required. • Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC (must provide active copy upon offer acceptance). • DEA registration required during onboarding unless otherwise noted. • Working knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management. • Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. • Proficiency with electronic medical systems (EMS) and healthcare technology. • Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision. • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure if required. • Ability to collaborate frequently with clinical colleagues to ensure quality patient care. • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
