You’ll collaborate with caregivers and your interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, track progress, and help children achieve functional goals that matter—whether that’s climbing stairs, playing at recess, or simply gaining independence. Key Responsibilities: • Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized care plans, • Deliver evidence-based PT interventions focused on motor function and mobility, • Educate families and caregivers on exercises and techniques for home use, • Document services thoroughly and submit reports in a timely manner, • 95% positive family satisfaction (measured randomly), • 80% of proposed therapy goals met at re-evaluation, • 100% of billable hours completed (based on your agreed caseload), • 90%+ client arrival rate for scheduled sessions, • 100% documentation completed within 24 hours of session, • Licensed Physical Therapist in California, • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical interest in pediatrics also welcome), • Strong interest or experience in pediatric gross motor development, • Clear communicator with families, caregivers, and colleagues, • Organized, adaptable, and efficient with documentation and planning, • Experience with torticollis, toe-walking, low tone, motor delays, • Knowledge of sensory processing and early childhood development, • Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, • Positive, team-oriented, and solution-focused Live and work in one of California’s most beautiful coastal communities.
