Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual HR Specialist to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. This role will primarily focus on payroll processing and benefits administration while providing comprehensive HR support to our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) and possess strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of payroll and benefits management. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration: • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner, • Maintain and update payroll records including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies or issues, • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and year-end reporting, • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in both English and Chinese Benefits Administration: • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits, • Process new hire benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely manner, • Serve as primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and assist with claims resolution, • Coordinate annual open enrollment and conduct benefits education sessions in both languages, • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations, • Liaise with benefits vendors and insurance carriers to resolve issues and ensure quality service delivery General HR Support: • Maintain employee files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality, • Assist with recruitment activities, new hire onboarding, and offboarding processes, • Provide bilingual support for HR communications, employee handbooks, and policy documentation, • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience, • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR with strong emphasis on payroll and benefits administration, • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) - both written and verbal, • Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (ADP or similar), • Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations and employment laws, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions) and other MS Office applications, • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Key Competencies • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines, • Customer service orientation with a positive, helpful attitude, • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with HR best practices What We Offer • Annual salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 (final compensation may vary based on experience, education, skillset, and other qualifications), • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, • Short term and long term disability coverage, • 401(k) retirement plan with company match, • Paid time off and holidays, • Professional development opportunities, • Collaborative and inclusive work environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement VisionNav® Robotics is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
