Responsibilities • Follow and execute all company processes/procedures, • Answer high volume multi-line phone system in a professional manner, • Professionally and effectively communicate with patients, • Schedule all appointments, • Collect all patient co-pays and balances at time of service, • Register new patients into computer system, • Pull, file, and prepare patient charts, • Scan various documents, • Email/Mail patient paperwork, • Efficiently perform check-in and check-out process, • Ensure patient paperwork/records are complete and current, • Maintain cleanliness and organized appearance of the front desk and waiting area, • Strictly adhere to HIPAA standards in the protection of patient personal information, • Retrieve messages from voicemail and follow processes to ensure messages are routed to appropriate department, • Carry out any administrative tasks assigned by Manager and/or Providers, • EPIC Software Experience, • Medical and Dental insurance experience, • Team Oriented but able to perform individually, • High School Diploma or Equivalent, • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment, • Ability to remain polite and professional at all times Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision insurance Schedule: • Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)
