Job Description Location: Linthicum, Maryland Description: This is a cloud engineer position that will be expected to develop, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. This position collaborates with application and operational teams to architect technical solutions and write secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning and configuring the appropriate resources. Job Description The Opportunity The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP), which operates the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program, is a 501(c)(3) that assists over 4,300 qualified families in moving from areas of concentrated poverty and obtaining quality and affordable housing in communities with strong schools, low crime, and ample job opportunities in high opportunity areas within Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties. BRHP sits on the board of Mobility Works (MW) and is a founding member of its Housing Mobility Network. MW is a key actor in advancing housing mobility nationally, through advocacy and the provision of technical assistance, training, advocacy, and other field building activities. Since 2022, MW has been performing this work as a start-up with a very small staff. Now is a critical time in its development, particularly as it seeks to establish the Participant Leadership Program, to bring on additional personnel. BRHP seeks a Special Projects Coordinator who supports BRHP’s mission and purpose as well as those of MW. The Special Projects Coordinator will support BRHP in the implementation of special initiatives, including helping to further develop the programs and operations of MW as needed in its start-up phase. The position requires someone that can serve as an organization-wide influencer and who has competencies in both organizational macro-level and programmatic micro-level matters. This position has dual reports to BRHP’s Executive Director (10 hours) and Innovation and to MW’s Executive Director (30 hours).
