Oversee the substance use treatment and recovery support services, ensuring alignment with Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC). Ensure all client services comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Monitor and support staff in case management, crisis intervention, and discharge planning. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, client engagement, and program outcomes. Review and ensure accurate documentation of client records, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with community agencies, healthcare providers, and referral sources to ensure seamless client care. Monitor program outcomes, prepare reports, and provide data analysis to measure effectiveness. Assist in incident management and crisis response, ensuring staff adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health, substance use, or social services setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to train and mentor staff in Evidence-Based Practices (EBP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Currently hold a LMHC license in good standing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
