Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals in various settings, including outpatient facilities. This role requires a strong background in clinical counseling, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation. Ø Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team for assigned consumers. Ø Provide active case consultation. Ø Document all counseling and education services, assessments, reassessments, referrals, and follow-ups in the consumer's clinical record, and provide appropriate signatures and dating of such entries, including those made in electronic records. Ø Retains the responsibility of meeting face-to-face with the Qualified Professional (QP) Care Managers Staff to review the CA and Treatment plan of the consumer for the development of an action plan to meet the consumer’s needs. Ø Progress notes due daily. Ø Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

I currently live in Riverdale, in The Bronx, and am moving the Hewlett, NY in Long Island in March. Both are easily accessed by public transportation. My previous housekeeper was with my family for a few years, and was coming weekly to clean my apartment, it is two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am a psychologist, and I also have my housekeeper come to my office to clean once a month as well, my office is in midtown. It is three small offices and two small bathrooms. Thank you.
