TO ENSURE SAFETY OF ASSIGNED PARTICIPANTS DURING THE PROGRAM HOURS AND PARTICIPANT IS NOT SEPARATED FROM A GROUP AT ANY TIME; EACH PARTICIPANT IS ACCOUNTED FOR WHEN THEY ARE OUT IN THE COMMUNITY OR USING ANY PUBLIC FACILITIES.
