Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: • You'll oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout., • You'll lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment., • You'll develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets., • You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals., • You'll enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites., • You'll proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget., • You'll review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control., • You'll conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards., • You'll cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing., • You'll leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:, • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, • Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials, • Outstanding negotiating skills, • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writingBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:, • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
