We're searching for a Marketing Manager to build Clean Health's patient acquisition engine from the ground up developing digital marketing strategies, creating compliant health content, launching paid campaigns, and turning traffic into patients. You'll own the entire funnel from awareness to conversion. You'll work directly with the CEO, Operations team, and external partners to drive predictable, profitable patient acquisition. Core Responsibilities Patient Acquisition & Growth Own the complete patient acquisition funnel: Awareness Interest Sign-up Conversion Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and organic channels Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok) Optimize CAC (customer acquisition cost) and LTV
