Job Description Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hybrid E.T. Browne Drug Co., maker of the globally recognized Palmer's® brand, is seeking an Associate Production & Materials Planner to join our Third-Party Manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in supply chain, production planning, and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will support the planning and coordination of raw and packaging materials for third-party manufacturers, helping to ensure the successful production of finished goods. You will work closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners while gaining hands-on experience in material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling. Key Responsibilities • Support production schedules and manufacturing activities with third-party manufacturing partners, • Track material deliveries and maintain planning information in Syspro, • Process material shipment logs and purchase order receipts, • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory reconciliation activities, • Coordinate warehouse transfers and material movements, • Assist with KPI tracking and TPM performance reporting, • Collaborate with Purchasing, R&D, Operations, and external manufacturing partners, • Support continuous improvement initiatives and planning processes Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or relevant internship/co-op experience, • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, • Basic understanding of production planning, inventory management, or supply chain processes and a willingness to learn Founded more than 175 years ago, E.T.
