Job Description JOB SUMMARY This is a multi-site, customer-facing role requiring reliable transportation to various work locations. The Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. This position involves providing coverage and support across multiple sites, performing a range of office services including reception, mailroom operations, print production, and hospitality. The role demands adaptability to different industries and customer needs, with potential for re-assignment to different sites throughout the day. Flexibility in scheduling is essential due to varying site hours and the possibility of overtime. Key Responsibilities • Provide coverage and support at multiple customer sites within the assigned operational area., • Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and forwarding calls., • Manage mailroom operations, including sorting and distribution., • Handle print production tasks such as printing, assembling, and binding documents., • Perform key-op duties for printers, including replenishing toner and paper, and clearing jams., • Assist with stocking kitchen supplies and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office areas., • Schedule conference rooms using Outlook or other applications., • Communicate with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person., • Set up and take down conference rooms., • Support daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of Managed Services Accounts., • Provide coverage for absences or vacations of onsite resources., • Assist management with process improvement, procedural testing, validation, and ensuring field compliance., • Support Field Implementation Managers with new customer account implementations and service expansions., • Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers., • Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides and share best practices., • Inspect Site Procedures Guides for accuracy and compliance., • Perform daily visual inspections of site services and compliance with safety standards., • Create and maintain a customer-focused environment., • Escalate customer issues to management and support their resolution., • Communicate effectively and respond quickly to customer and end-user communications., • Submit monthly expenses accurately and in a timely manner., • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and willing to receive a yearly flu vaccination., • Willingness to undergo additional customer-specific background checks and drug screening., • Candidates must be willing to drive a personal vehicle to commute to different worksites., • Must be available for work between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to adjust schedules on short notice., • General computer experience., • Experience with Microsoft 365 apps., • Reliability, friendliness, and outgoing personality., • Willingness to learn., • Customer service skills., • Interpersonal skills., • Attention to detail., • Patience and professionalism., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally., • Ability to stand for extended periods., • Ability to walk, bend, reach, and stretch.
