This fun and rewarding job takes place at specific events throughout greater Spokane and surrounding areas, where you will engage with customers to generate leads for our design consultants. Once you generate the lead, our design consultant will meet with the potential customer to provide an in-home demonstration of our product and close the sale.We provide a PAID training program, plus additional training in the field to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.RequirementsReliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors. Must be at least 18 years of age. Room for advancementSalary Description$20-$22/hourly • Responsible for fabrication, assembly and managing the flow of material throughout the plant. Duties include but are not limited to:, • Following all required safety practices and company standards, • Operating manufacturing equipment and hand tools, • Producing high quality work that conforms to standards, • Able to work in a team environment, • Participating in on-the job training initiatives and seeking out growth opportunities, • Maintaining good attendance and punctuality, • Supporting a respectful workplace, • Ability to lift (50 lbs., several times a day)., • Demonstrated attention to detail, • Basic computer skills- keyboarding, Windows, • Understanding of product, parts and location, • Licensed PIT operator, • Understanding of related safety policies and procedures Company DescriptionThere’s no other home in the world exactly like yours, so you shouldn’t expect a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to your new windows.
