The Opportunity The Senior Manager, Tax & Treasury will play a central role in shaping and executing the company’s tax strategy as it continues to scale across the U.S. and internationally. This individual will partner closely with Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure tax considerations are embedded into commercial decision‑making, capital deployment, and long‑term growth initiatives. The role offers exposure to complex partnership structures, international operations, and treasury‑related initiatives that directly impact cash flow and liquidity. Key Responsibilities Tax Strategy & Leadership • Support senior finance leadership in overseeing all aspects of the tax function, including U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax matters., • Lead tax strategy for partnership and flow‑through entities, including Forms 1065 and K‑1 reporting., • Manage and review annual tax compliance deliverables in collaboration with external advisors., • Prepare and manage quarterly estimated tax payments., • Oversee sales and use tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including nexus studies, taxability analysis, and audit support., • Manage VAT compliance and planning for international operations., • Develop and maintain tax and cash flow models to optimise entity‑level and investor‑level outcomes., • Support treasury initiatives including:, • Cash repatriation planning, • Intercompany funding structures, • Legal entity cash flow forecasting, • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Operations, and senior leadership to integrate tax into contracts, capital projects, and strategic initiatives., • Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (required), • Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting (preferred), • 7–8+ years of progressive tax experience, • Prior experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national/regional firm strongly preferred), • Deep technical knowledge of U.S. partnership taxation (Forms 1065, K‑1s), • Exposure to indirect taxes (sales & use tax, VAT), • Advanced Excel skills; ERP exposure (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) advantageous, • Strong communicator able to translate complex tax issues for non‑tax stakeholders, • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment, • Proactive, commercially minded, and able to own initiatives end‑to‑end This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, highly visible tax leadership role within a growing, globally respected data centre platform.
