Job Description Job Summary:The Office Clerk serves as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service, handling a variety of administrative and technical tasks. This includes coordinating the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process, providing on-going end-user training, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing basic maintenance and device management. The role is essential to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of equipment and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management:, • Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service., • Coordinate the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process., • Provide ongoing end-user training on equipment., • Services Delivery:, • Perform basic device cleaning and replacement of operator-accessible parts and consumables., • Handle break-fix activities, which account for 70% of role responsibilities., • Provide IP address support and basic equipment problem diagnosis., • Serve as the point of contact for equipment removal and delivery for onsite support., • Contact service providers as required (Client and 3rd party)., • Utilize Client web-based applications, including Service Call Handling., • Ensure accurate call reporting in Client designated systems., • Device Management:, • Download and install printer drivers on end-user equipment., • Perform printer mapping to PC as required., • Escalate printer network issues to appropriate resources., • Perform physical and remote device management, including configuration (e.g., IP addresses, scanning templates, user access levels)., • Monitor and apply software updates and patches., • Serve as on-site contact for remote resolution requiring technical expertise., • Manage non-Client device services as required., • Perform remote device monitoring and remote solutions (Client Device Management)., • Proactively manage consumables and supplies., • Maintain on-site operator replaceable parts inventory and monitor equipment meter information for billing purposes., • Handle data entry for activity and asset tracking., • Manage and maintain on-site parts inventory using PM4., • Lift and move up to 50 pounds as required., • Coordinate tasks to ensure fulfillment of service work orders (SOWs)., • Provide customer problem resolution, including escalation when needed., • Track and report account information as required.Required Qualifications:, • High School diploma or equivalent., • 1-2 years of relevant experience resolving customer and equipment printing issues., • Basic problem-solving and diagnostic skills., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision., • Ability to follow basic English instructions.Preferred Qualifications:, • Experience in equipment and printer support., • None required.
