PAY • W2 employment — full-time, • $0.56 – $0.65 CPM based on what you can verify, • $1,400 – $1,600 take-home weekly average, • $71,000 – $85,000 annually, • 2,200 – 2,500 miles per week average, • Weekly direct deposit — no waiting, • Safety and performance bonuses paid every week, • Orientation fully paid — we cover travel and hotel YOUR SCHEDULE • Home every two weeks — bi-weekly rotation, planned in advance, no surprises WHAT YOU WILL HAUL • No-touch dry van, every load, • Roughly 70% drop and hook, 30% live, • OTR, regional, and dedicated options based on your preference, • Assigned 2022–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth — all units run with APUs BENEFITS FROM DAY ONE • Medical, dental, and vision — active immediately, • Company-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage, • 401(k) with employer match after eligibility period, • Paid holidays and PTO, • Rider and pet policy in place TRAINING PROGRAM — RECENT GRADUATES • Must hold a valid Class A CDL or have completed 120+ hours at an accredited school, • 3 to 5 weeks of dedicated one-on-one mentored training, • $650.00 per week — paid for every week of training, no exceptions, • Training covers vehicle handling, ELD compliance, inspections, and company procedures, • Supervised evaluations before solo dispatch, • No prior OTR experience required — the 6-month minimum is waived DAY TO DAY • Drive a Class A tractor-trailer in full DOT compliance, • Execute no-touch dry van pickups and deliveries on schedule, • Log accurately — ELDs, DVIRs, and trip reports kept current, • Inspect your equipment before and after every run, • Keep dispatch and customers informed throughout WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU • Valid Class A CDL, age 21 or older, • 6 months verifiable experience or enrollment in our training program, • Clean record — safety is non-negotiable here, • Zero DOT preventable accidents — any in the last 5 years disqualifies, • No more than 2 preventable incidents total, • No safety-based terminations from prior employment, • Clean on DOT drug and alcohol — no failures, no refusals, • No commercial DUI within the past 5 years, • DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen required EOE
