    We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual In-House Screener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting phone screenings with applicants and clients, gathering basic information, assessing qualifications, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls with applicants or clients Perform initial screenings and collect required information Evaluate candidate qualifications based on company requirements Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish Schedule interviews or forward qualified candidates to the appropriate department Maintain accurate records of calls and applicant information Answer questions and provide general assistance over the phone Follow company scripts, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines Qualifications: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls Basic computer and data entry skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Previous customer service, recruiting, or call center experience is a plus Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude Work Environment: In-house/office-based position Full-time or part-time availability depending on company needs Preferred Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team player with strong work ethic

Call Center Representative Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. (prefered not required), • More education or experience may be preferred., • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice., • Understanding of company products, services, and policies., • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills., • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations., • Strong time management and decision making skills., • Adaptability and accountability., • Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
