Qualifications • Prior experience in automotive BDC, call center, or customer service preferred., • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual is a must)., • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily., • Basic computer and CRM proficiency., • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in person as part of a team in a fast-paced dealership., • Reliable transportation to our Elizabeth, NJ location., • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
